=== Assertiviteit ===
Het ondernemend leren nodigt ondernemende leerlingen uit om assertief te zijn. Het voordeel van assertief gedrag is tevredenheid met het bereikte resultaat en het vaker bereiken van de doelen. Je ervaart win-win door eerlijke onderhandelingen en dat geeft zelfrespect. Het lef te hebben om jezelf te durven zijn, voor jezelf en jouw ideeën op te komen en consistent te blijven najagen wat je wilt bereiken. Daarnaast zou het zonde zijn dat je een eigen leerroute ontwerpt die niet wordt uitgevoerd omdat je onvoldoende voor je ontwerp op kunt komen.
