===Gebruik van continuatief en aorist===
Meestal kan je deze tijden door elkaar gebruiken. Er zijn een aantal gevallen waarin echter één van beide duidelijk de voorkeur geniet:
Most of the time both tenses can be used interchangeably. But there are a few cases in which one of them is clearly preferred:
* De continuatief geeft lange duur aan, de aorist wijst op een gewoonte of wet:
* The the Present tense indicates duration, while the Aorist indicates a law or custom:
